Tennis & Squash Court Booking Rules

• Tennis courts can be booked 14 days in advance from 10 am. In other words, when booking to play 14 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 10 am -- all other booking sheets within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
• Squash courts can be booked 8 days in advance from 10 am. In other words, when booking to play 8 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 10 am -- all other booking sheets within 8 days can be booked 24/7.
• Maximum 1 advance peak-time booking per member per day, more can be booked on same day playing.
• "Side-by-side" tennis court bookings are not allowed.
• When arriving to play a game, members must check-in using one of the the "kiosk" touch screens at the club. Please note you will need to know your PIN in order to check-in.
• Members are only permitted to book courts for their own usage.
• Members must select their playing partners/opponents to show on the booking sheets in order to make a booking. If the intended members' name is not showing in the list of playing partners, then please ask the partner to login and consent to showing their names on the booking sheets.

Check-in & Court Access Code

• Members and non-members will need to check-in with one of the kiosk booking systems on-site at the club in order to get the court and changing room access code.
• All members are required to check-in.
• In order to check-in, members must know their PIN, which can be found and changed when logged-in to this website (click "My Settings"). If you do not know your login details, then please use the Forgotten Password process (which will send the details to your email) or contact the office if you do not have an email address.

Booking Fees

• There are no booking fees for Adult Peak members.
• Squash:
  • There are no booking fees for Adult Peak members.
  • Non-Member Adults: £9 per off-peak booking, £15 per peak booking. N.B Court booking Fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Member Juniors: £5 per off-peak booking, no option to play at peak-times. N.B Court booking Fees are non-refundable.
  • Off-Peak Adults booking peak-time court: £3 per booking
  • Off-Peak Juniors booking peak-time court: £2.50 per booking
  • Members must select additional guest fees when playing off-peak members at peak times (see Guest Fees).
  • Peak times:
    • Monday - Friday from 6pm to 10pm (last start time 9.20pm).
    • All other times are Off-Peak.
• Tennis
  • There are no tennis court booking fees for full (peak) tennis members.
  • Off-peak tennis members can pay an additional £2 per 30 minutes to book peak-time tennis courts.
  • Off-peak tennis members cannot be selected as playing partners for peak-time tennis courts, please select the appropriate guest fee instead.

Member Accounts

• Each member has an account within the booking system.
• Members must have sufficient credit in order to book sessions with booking fees.
• Members must have sufficient booking system credit to book peak-time sessions with a booking fee and can top-up online with any credit or debit card.
• Click the link to "Buy Credit Online" and folllow the instructions.
  • The transaction will be processed by Stripe and your account will be automatically credited.
  • The minimum online top-up is £10.
• Members can share booking fees by using the facility to "Transfer Credit" (to another member) when logged-in to the court booking system website.

Guest Fees

• When playing a guests, non-members or off-peak members at peak times, members MUST select either the appropriate guest fee options as the playing partners/opponents to show on the booking sheet. If playing doubles, please be sure to select one guest fee for each guest, non-member of off-peak member.
  • Squash GUEST Peak £7.50
  • Squash GUEST Off-Peak £4.50
  • Squash GUEST Junior £2.50
  • Tennis GUEST £2 per 30 mins
  • Tennis GUEST Junior £1 per 30 mins
• The system will automatically charge the the appropriate Guest Fee to your booking system account by adding the Guest Fee to the booking fee already paid.
• If you're no longer playing a guest, non-member or off-peak member at peak times, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the court fee will automatically revert to the normal rate (and your account will be credited).
• This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
• If you forget to select a guest as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" (£5) to the appropriate guest account on this system.
• Members with outstanding guest fees must Buy Credit in order to cover the charges in order to continue booking courts.

Cancellations & Refunds

• When unable to use a reserved court, all members and non-members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by others.
• There is no late-cancellation charge if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to start time.
• If you cancel within 48 hours prior, the booking fee is non-refundable, however, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded if the same time-slot is rebooked.
• Guest Fees are always automatically refunded.
